Introduction
I'm a web applications developer with years of experience building full-stack applications. I have been a solo developer on a team of system web leads supporting the needs of the colleges and their larger marketing departments. Full-stack in every sense: from meeting with stakeholders and planning to execution/deployment and long term maintenance.
Solving problems is what I consider to be my most valuable skill. I write tested, maintainable, boring code that complies with best practices as much as is practical to ensure ease of integration with other systems. I am skilled at using available AI coding tools to assist.

Projects
-
Prospective Student Request for Information Forms
I built a Laravel/Vue application that sat in front of the CRM (Anthology Reach) API and was responsible for serving RFI forms that could be used in the CMS. It allowed integration with multiple sources of leads including the 16 college sites, marketing sites, and Meta and TikTok lead forms. For a cross institution marketing effort, it also integrated with a Power Automate flow to send leads to other institutions contacts or into KCTCSs CRM.
-
CMS Webhook Consumer and Centralized Service
I built a Laravel/Vue/React service application that consumed webhooks from the CMS (Modern Campus) for either program pages or news articles which synced data across 17 sites and powered system wide program and news article search tools (public facing SPAs). The application also powered an admin interface for team members to manage content that synced properties to program pages and managed the global program search. This application also accepted webhooks from other applications to handle updates to assets in the CMS.
-
Public Search Tools
I built 2 Laravel/Vue applications that imported employee and class data from KCTCS's SIS and HRMS (PeopleSoft) and provided search interfaces for finding employees and classes.
-
Internal Admin Panel
I built a Laravel/Vue application that powered an admin panel that allowed different apps to own their own admin panel apps (modules) that could be loaded into the admin panel keeping authentication/authorization management centralized using an Active Directory LDAP connection. It also accepted webhooks from other applications to handle updates to assets in the CMS and send notification emails.
